Hot Rolled Sheet
Steel grade: S235; S355 What is a hot rolled steel sheet? This is a steel product which is widely used in construction and industrial production. Hot rolled steel sheets are made of carbon, alloy and low alloy steel grades, steel plates are resistant to mechanical damage, high and low temperatures, as well as chemicals. Products made from hot rolled sheets are considered very durable and serve for many years. Depending on the purpose for which it is planned to use steel sheets in the future, during manufacture, attention is paid to the achievement of various characteristics: strength, surface uniformity, bending ability and sheet resistance to deterioration. Hot-rolled sheets are widely used in the construction industry, production of roofing materials, column lining, in the manufacture of steel machine cases, aircraft, steel machine tools, tanks, cylinders and other products. During its steel sheets production, the steel is cleaned, defects are removed from steel sheet, after which sheet is heated in a special way. The most popular thickness of hot rolled sheet is 10 mm and steel plate dimensions 1500x3000 mm and 1500x6000 mm. Steel sheets are produced in packs or rolls. Moreover, steel plates minimum width is 1000 mm, and the length varies from 2000 to 2500 mm.
